Why is it B.T. make it so difficult to return equipment ?? I like everyone on here find it impossible to find a link for returns in the My B.T. ?? I wonder is this because they like to bill as many people as possible ?? and if you do eventually get to return equipment it seems that they either cannot be bothered to let you know they have received it or it's gone missing ??. B.T. you really need to get your act together and get this sorted, or can you not be bothered ??.
