xbox Gamepass

had Xbox game pass for 12 months for free, but it cancelled itself. May I have some help with this?

When did you apply the 12 month Game Pass and when did it stop working?

December 13 and stopped working on 13th of January i didnt notice till now as ive been focusing on other stuff than gaming
