Hi,
I joined BT in January and was told my package included an xbox game pass but I haven't been able to redeem it. I cannot view it under my products and I haven't been sent any emails to redeem it either.
Any advice would be helpful, I would really like to make the most of the game pass!

hi, yes I did but none of the resolutions for other users have been successful for me.
my first bill was 18/01/2025 so my contract did start before then
