xbox game pass

Hi, 
I  joined BT in January and was told my package included an xbox game pass but I haven't been able to redeem it. I cannot view it under my products and I haven't been sent any emails to redeem it either. 

Any advice would be helpful, I would really like to make the most of the game pass!

there are numerous posts on the forum same as your did you try search?

contact CS 03301234150

the offer ended on 28/1/25 as long as contract started before that date

hi, yes I did but none of the resolutions for other users have been successful for me. 

 

my first bill was 18/01/2025 so my contract did start before then
