4G Mini Hub for BT Halo customers

On this page there is conflicting information :

https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/getting-set-up/bt-halo/learn-about-the-4g-mini-hub-for-bt-halo-cus...

"The Mini Hub is yours to keep as a Halo customer, so keep it somewhere safe. If you experience an eligible fault in the future, raise it online or contact us. We'll be ready to reactivate your Mini Hub straightaway."

and under "What do I do with the Mini Hub when my fault has been fixed?"
"Follow these steps to return the Mini Hub:
Pack your Mini Hub with all cables and instructions into the original box.
Put the box into the original mailing bag and seal with the sealing strip. Peel off and apply the pre-paid returns label on top of the original mailing bag label.
Post in any postbox, or take to a Post Office if you want proof of postage."

Which is correct?

Re: 4G Mini Hub for BT Halo customers

Hi @GeoffSmith Thanks for your post bringing this to our attention. I'm sorry the information advising that you can keep the mini hub is out of date, I'll report this so it can be corrected.

The Mini hub needs to be returned when the fault is fixed.

Thanks

Neil
