Managing my subscription passed to BT/EE
I set to not renew.
BT add on product has expired 10 days ago, it's not on my BT account page, I only have the option to add it again.
My Microsoft account still says managed by BT and I can't manage it there, I can't manage it in BT.
Microsoft advise account is fine but I still can't manage it.
What do I need to do to get control of my account back from BT?
