Hi @Pale1924, sorry you're having trouble accessing your account via the MyBT app,
Are you able to view the account ok on an internet browser?
Do you have an old closed account linked to your BTID?

Further Update
I've now discovered that if I'm signed via Web page I can log in via the MyBT app. Whilst it's a temporary fix I don't think it's right
