BT App

Hi,

I’m using the BT app on IOS, and when I try to check my usage it always says “Sorry, we can’t show your mobile usage at the moment. Please try again later.” I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, logging out and logging back in. So I’m not sure what else I can do to fix this.
