BT App

I have recently installed the BT app on my phone and have been checking wifi speed.  Sitting 6 feet from my smart hub 2 and using the check signal, within the app it says the speed is poor.  If I then go to the conncted devices part of the app it says my phone connection strength is excellent, which do I believe?

If you want to check the speed of your broadband using something other than the BT app there are many different speed tester on the Internet such as the following one.
