I have a Windows 11 laptop, no previous install of BT Cloud client on there. I've downloaded the BT Cloud client from https://www.bt.com/cloud/download
Double clicking to start the install simply gives me a splash screen then nothing happens. I am the admin on my laptop, so unsure why the install doesn't proceed. I've tried rebooting => no difference.
Do I perhaps need to install an older version first ? The guidance at https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/set-up-bt-cloud/how-do-i-set-up-bt-cloud- makes no mention of this though.
Guidance appreciated.
