I am experiencing great difficulty in logging onto my BT Cloud area. On a laptop I have tried Chrome and Edge. On a smartphone I have tried chrome and samsung's browser. On a tablet I have tried chrome. Finally, I have tried access on the phone with wi-fi switched off. The results of all are the same:
'mapi.robt.bt.com took too long to respond'
It has only been like this recently - my last successful access was about a week/10 days ago (mid August).
I have the BT Cloud App on smartphone and can access the information, so it's definitely there. However the phone App is essentially read-only and I am unable to 'manage' the files, libraries and public keys which I have set up. I have always done this via my laptop.
