The application cannot work and will be paused (V21.12.15)
This had been working for some time then came across this problem. I have removed the program and cleared down registry using CC and removed cache. I have then reboot and then re-installed. To no avail. I have had to do this a number of times over the last couple of years, but I cannot seem to fix now. Any ideas please

Sorry you're having problems with the Cloud. Can you post a screen shot of what your seeing?

As requested I attach 2 jpegs, BT Cloud 1 is a shot of while it is processing, BT Cloud 2 is the error screen
