BT Cloud App stopped Working Samsung Galaxy S23 Android 13

I have been using the BT Cloud App okay for as long as I can rememeber - I say okay, there have been some uploading issues but that seems to have been resolved in recent updates. 

Now when I open the app I am just faced with a spinning black circle, I've left the app running for a LONG time but it does not get any further. There are no other buttons to press, all I can do is close the app. 

I have deleted and reinstalled the app 3 or 4 times now and its still the same. 

There doesnt seem to be any posts with anyone having the same problem. Please help!!

Hi Alex, 

That is a strange one. I haven't seen that particular issue myself.

To rule out an account issue, can you log in ok at https://btcloud.bt.com/web/login?

Hello, 

Thanks for the reply. 

Tried doing it on my phone browser which took me back to the App and the spinning circle. 

Done it via PC browser and I'm faced with 'Sorry there was a problem. Please try again later. Error code UN1'

My Mrs seems to be able to access it with no problems on the App on her iPhone.

Okay, tried a few more times on the PC and it has now let me in, but still the same issue on the Samsung phone.

Any thoughts on this, it's very frustrating and my photos have not been backed up for weeks.
