I just can't get acces to the BT Cloud Desktop client download at all.
This link from BT www.bt.com/cloud/download attempts to go to u.bt.com and te connection is refused.
I've tried on 2 windows laptops and a mac. Does anyone els have this issue?
Hi @Prycop, thanks for posting, and sorry you're unable to download the Cloud on your devices.
Have you previously used the Cloud service?
Check your BTID has the Account Holder Status claimed.
Had it installed on aonther pc.
Anyway, link issue is un resolved but I found a direct link to the .exe file on this forum.
