Hello. I've been trying for 2 days to download all my data.
- downloaded the BT Cloud app on my iPhone . I can see all my files/documents etc on there but couldn't manage to download even 1 photo
- downloaded the desktop app on my Mac. I cannot open it. I have gone through several troubleshooting steps suggested by ChatGPT - reinstalling, restarting computer, emptying the cache, checking system requirements etc - but nothing worked.
- I have tried to download via my Chrome browser. I can sometimes see some of the files that I see on my mobile app but they never load and I keep getting this.
I have spent about 3 hours over two days trying to download my data. I can see lots of other people are struggling too.
Can anyone help please?
