BT Cloud Error code UN2 when logging in and cannot download files

For the last couple of days every time I log into the Windows PC Cloud I get Unavailable UN2. Finally I have just got in however I cannot download an album of 500 photos I have done this many times it creates a compressed file (winzip) but in this case nothing. I am using WinRar 622 which is the latest version.

Any ideas

Well this is a rubbish forum, no support.

 

I have raised a complaint with BT but after 2 phone calls they still have no idea. As for this "community" I'm done with it.

Hi, @Badger111 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you feel that way. When you spoke with the helpdesk did they escalate this to the BT cloud specialists?

After wasting 30 mins reporting it I've wasted another 30 mins with one expert who didn't even know the functionality of your windows based app. He has now escalated it to the BT Cloud experts and they will get back to me within the next week. Hopefully they are more expert than the previous expert.

I am getting UN1 error code trying to log in. It still backs up documents but won’t let me log in and won’t backup photos.

I am also trying to log in and getting error UN1. Is it too much to ask for an explanation rather than a random and meaningless code. I am using Amazon Fire tablet.

I can get back on now the error seems to have gone away. I reloaded the app on my IPad Air and it seems to be sort of working, I have to force it to backup, doesn’t seem to be automatic. I am busy reducing my data init as I just don’t feel comfortable with it any more. Deleting all my music as music collapses the IPad app anyway.

Since I posted I have tried deleting and reinstalling the app and managed to log in successfully. Hopefully this will be a permanent fix.
