BT Cloud Error

What is Error Code UN11 on BT Cloud. All the app shows on my laptop is a red cloud which does/gives nothing and an error code 11 from Help?

Sorry you're having problems with the Cloud. Which browser are you using? Have you tried clearing cookies and cache?
