Having had the BT Cloud service for a number of years, I recently encountered problems when login into the service both via the app and website. I keep getting 'BT Cloud is no longer available. Error Code UN2.
I was definitely registered prior to the Oct 22 cut off, and have read previous posts regarding this.
Is there any way I can have the service restored please?

I am sorry for the problems you're having accessing BT Cloud. It was available to customers who took BT Broadband and registered for the Cloud service before 26th October 2022. I understand that you've said you had it set up before that date.
