Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

Good to hear that they are working on it, but your link takes one to a page with absolutely no information about this problem.

@Marg0105

A small observation BT Cloud is free, it doesn’t appear as an item on your bill unlike BT Sport now Discovery and its ever escalating costs. I would like  it fixed though.

Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

If you hover over the sigils on the right of the page it tells you that they are investigating and that they have had reports. Until they find anything I suppose there's not a lot more they can say. But at least this suggests they are now aware (as the earlier report that this had been passed over to BT moderators).

Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

Same here, all was working fine yesterday. Can't login today.

Took out the BT Cloud option when it was first made available, haven't changed anything.

Getting the No longer available error.

Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

I think that it is possible to buy extra storage over and above the free allowances - or at least it was, but I haven't looked at that for some considerable time.

Re: BT Cloud Error Code MBB3-XX

Oh, yes, I remember that.  Took some months to get my data back and when it was restored, it was all in one big folder....

Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

Oh goodie.  My message has changed to "BTCloud is no longer available.  Error code UN2."

Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

As far as I can tell those 'sigils' on the right are just a key to tell you what they would mean if they were next to any of the entries in the list below. All those entries have ticks next to them and the tick sigil stands for 'No issus are being reported'.

Or am I misunderstanding?

Re: BT Cloud - No longer available

After an few failures and reading that others had the same issue, I tried again, from a different starting point, got the message telling I had successfully logged in!
