I am not able to login to my BT Cloud account. It could be that my phone/broadband accounts have changed. Can someone please help me to get access again. I get error code MB5-06 with "BT Cloud is no longer available", from my iPhone app and from a web browser on my Mac. Thanks.

Did you set up a new BT ID?
The BT Cloud login is linked to the BT ID. If the old BT ID has been deleted, it wouldn't automatically transfer the BT Cloud to the new ID.
