I updated to Windows 11 and now cannot see my BT Cloud files, I downloaded the latest version 21 8 9 but it will not run it flashes on the screen then vanishes. I get the cloud saying trying to connect to BT servers

@fangio1954 Well I am running BT Cloud 21.8.9 on three Windows 11 machines --see this post. I would try uninstalling it and then a reinstall. If that doesn't help, then I would suggest you contact the Cloud Help Desk. There have been previous postings where users had "Trying to connect to BT Servers" but I don't know how they resolved it. You could wait a while on the Forum for an answer--if you ever get one-- so get onto the Help Desk. That's what they're there for!!
