My BT Cloud app was working on my PC as of 2 days ago reporting uploads. When I clicked on the "Laund Web" icon the following message was displayed "BT Cloud is not longer available. For more information please click here. Error Code MBB3-01." What's happening here?

BT Cloud now working again but showing an error popup, circa every 15 minutes - "BT Cloud; an error occurred, the application cannot continue and will be paused."
If a manual "Resume Syncing" is initiated the popup appears.
Error corrected by uninstalling PC software and re-installing.
I had bt cloud, but I'm no longer a bt customer, I'd like to access & download all my pictures but the app and online are not allowing me access. The app briefly showed me my files, so they've not been deleted, but then the app kept reverting back to the login and showing error message. Logging in online just shows bt cloud is no longer available .
Any help retrieving my files would be much appreciated

In 30 days time, if your BT Cloud storage isn't linked to a BT broadband account, the data will be deleted and you'll no longer be able to access BT Cloud.
