BT Cloud

I rely on BT Cloud as my primary offsite backup medium.  However  I wasn't able to access it yesterday evening and can't now.  The app tells me it is still backing up my files but that's not a lot of use to me if I can't access them. 😠

Seems it is working but not reliably, as I can access it now but frequently can't.
