<p>From 31 October 2024, BT Cloud has <a href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/bt-cloud/getting-set-up/download-or-access-files/how-do-i-download-files--folders-and-devices-from-bt-cloud-">closed</a> and all data will soon be deleted.</p>
I rely on BT Cloud as my primary offsite backup medium. However I wasn't able to access it yesterday evening and can't now. The app tells me it is still backing up my files but that's not a lot of use to me if I can't access them. 😠
