I have just tried to log on to the BT Cloud app, I am able to log on and see the pictures for around 10 seconds before the app (Mobile Android) closes and kicks me out.
I have contacted the support number of the help page but they say they are unable to access the files and can not help.
I am very frustrated as I received no notifications of the service closing.
Reading other posts I see that if the pictures/videos are still there we have a chance of recovering them. Please can you assist with this?

The BT Cloud service is now closed, and therefore access to the cloud and downloading of data is no longer possible.
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't see any notifications of the closure. I've sent you a private message so that our support teams can discuss this further with you.

I have the same issue. I thought it was being made "read-only" for a longer period than 2 months. This seems unfairly short. Please can you put me in touch with your technical team so that I can access my data.

I fear I have the same issue. I had interpreted it that our "data" was still there but nothing more could be added. Please could somebody contact me to understand if I can have access to old photographs that were still saved on the cloud.

Welcome to the BT Community.
BT Cloud switched to read only from the 9th of September 2024, and then was closed officially on the 31st of October 2024.
Users should not have been able to log in after this point, and data was scheduled to be deleted after this.
What is it you're able to see right now, and where is it you're viewing this?

I can’t log in at all. I went to access photos today and realised my log in no longer worked. What hope do I have of being able to be given access to this old data?

I'm sorry, but now that BT Cloud has closed, you won't be able to access any data that you had previously backed up to it. The data would have been scheduled to be deleted shortly after BT Cloud closed.
