I have just tried to log on to the BT Cloud app, I am able to log on and see the pictures for around 10 seconds before the app (Mobile Android) closes and kicks me out.
I have contacted the support number of the help page but they say they are unable to access the files and can not help.
I am very frustrated as I received no notifications of the service closing.
Reading other posts I see that if the pictures/videos are still there we have a chance of recovering them. Please can you assist with this?

The BT Cloud service is now closed, and therefore access to the cloud and downloading of data is no longer possible.
I'm sorry to hear that you didn't see any notifications of the closure. I've sent you a private message so that our support teams can discuss this further with you.
