BT Virus Protect server error

I'm trying to update to Norton on my laptop.

I've checked I'm an Account Holder and my BT ID is the email address on my account.

In security The BT Virus Protect tab has changed from 'Switch to Norton' to 'Manage'  but just keeps coming up with ' Server Error'.
