BT Virus Protect

Hi, I pay monthly 15 device subscription for BT McAfee (now Norton from Mar 2022). I have 2 phones and a laptop, plus 1 Samsung tablet which all took the change to Norton okay.

However the 2nd older Samsung tablet must be v7.0 because if I download the Norton link it goes back to BT McAfee and then asks for an activation code but when I sign in to get the code it says system not working try later..and has done for days.

Really annoying as McAfee was on the old tablet, but I uninstalled it to get the new security so am left with nothing now.

Not worth paying £4 a month for 15 licences when I can now only use 4 and will need something else for the old tablet. Thought it would at least contine to March cut off date.

Any suggestions please?
