Hi @Bean, thanks for posting, and sorry you're getting this error.
Please check that the BTID you're using has the Account Holder status claimed. Are you using the same BTID as you did to install Norton?
If not, use the Account Holder BTID or update the other BTID by following the steps to confirm you're the account holder.

Hi
I used the Account Manager account to upload Norton but changed the status to I am the account Holder. This allowed me to upload Norton.
Norton is on my computer and seems to be working.
But when I go to MyBT the Account Holder account I press SWITCH ON
