I have recently got new BT broadband and was supposed to receive a £110 reward card, when I click to claim it there says there are no rewards to be claimed. How do I resolve this?

Hi there my service is connected. I’ve received an email saying the bill is available but every time I click on it it says there is no bill to view - and no money has been taken from my account yet
