Hi , my bt app wont recognise the admin password, I've tried all the usual checks nothing seems to work
Hi @Catwomen80 welcome to the community and thanks for posting, are you trying to log in to the MyBT app or access the Hub manager? The MyBT login uses a password you have set up yourself.
The admin password on the back of your Hub is used to access the Hub Manager settings for the first time, if you've logged into the Hub Manager previously then you would have been prompted to change that password to something else. If it's forgotten you can reset it to the default admin password by doing a factory reset on the Hub.
