I am trying to log into bt cloud on iPhone but each time receive an error code mb5-06 bt cloud is no longer available, it works just fine on my android but not on here despite re-downloading the app multiple times, any help would be appreciated

No unfortunately I can’t it just takes me to the app or to the App Store once I remove the app, now that I have logged out on android I also get the same error message when logging in so I can’t access it anywhere, could you please help me out as I need the access for work. Thank you
