I have a lot of data in BT Cloud which I have not been able to access for at least the past 24 hours and I have realised that my backups have not uploaded for some time.
Is there an issue with Cloud?
If I click on All my Files, then a Repository I can drill down through folders but not to underlying files. I just get a message "We are experiencing some technical difficulties. Please try again later." HELP! I need a couple of files urgently.
I am sorry for the problems you're having with BT Cloud. We'd be happy to help however it'll take us a few days to get back to you as we deal with cases in turn as we receive them. Try giving my colleagues in the helpdesk a call on 0330 1234 150 to speak with one of our guides today.
