So I chose not to renew my Xbox Gamepass subscription via BT after taking advance of a BT extras offer - assuming control would revert to Microsoft after the offer expired and now I can't renew it with Microsoft or see it/manage it with BT.
I contacted BT and sked them the relinquish control of the account so I could renew it with Microsoft but they haven't despite telling me they would.
What can I do? There isn't anywhere on My BT to manage it and it appears nowhere.
But when I log into xbox account it says 'purchased by BT' which isn't strictly true anyway - I had been a Gamepass subscriber for a long time before...
Totally stuck, please help.
