When I was ordering my new fibre package I had to wait 10 days to get the fibre line fitted so the sales girl offered my the EE HYBRID set up for £7.99 a month and she said just to cancel it when my fibre line was fitted which was on Friday there but I cannot find anywhere to cancel the Hybrid service and where to send the device back to (well I take it I have to) !! Can someone let me know ?? Thanks
