Like many on here, I cannot redeem my Gamepass code because it says the system is down. I called up the phone number and the the guide said they will fill out a form. I have seen from other forums that this doesn't usually resolve the issue so is there any other support/contacts that I can use?

Thank you for getting back to me. They mentioned around 7 days but they were unsure as they didn't know if they filled out and sent the form correctly.
