Cannot turn on Parental Controls

Don't know if anyone has come across this issue before, I was checking out the features I have with my broadband and decided to turn on Parental Controls to see how they work...however each time I try to enable it it brings back an error:

Server error please try again Error while saving your changes. Please try again

I've tried a few time and still no avail, wondering if there could be a server side issue with my account that I can't enable this feature.

Any advice/help would be appreciated 🙂
