Cloud Error MBB3-06

I'm trying to access my cloud account (created before the Oct 22 cut off) but I get the message "BT Cloud is no longer available. Error MBB3-06"

I've reset my password, and have a current BT broadband account.

Any ideas what the error means? I've got loads of photos stored on the cloud
