Hi @MickyBinks

Welcome back to the community.

Are you connected to the Hotspot but unable to get online?

If you have problems connecting do you see any errors?

Katie.

Yes we are connected but unable to get online, this only happened since EE became a part of BT we are able to use other organisations networks when connected.

Thanks @MickyBinks

Is it asking you to log in when you connect?

Re: EE-BTWIFI

When you connect to EE-Wifi you should then be presented with a web page which is the landing page for EE-Wifi and you will be required to enter your BTID and password in order to complete the connection and access the Internet.

Is this what happens when you connect?

Type this into the address bar on your browser when you have selected an EEWifi hotspot.

Click on User Account and use your BTID and Password to log on.
