Can anyone explain why all of the mobile phones in our family can no longer operate in BTWIFI Hotspots
Hi @MickyBinks.
Welcome back to the community.
Are you connected to the Hotspot but unable to get online?
If you have problems connecting do you see any errors?
Katie
Katie.
Yes we are connected but unable to get online, this only happened since EE became a part of BT we are able to use other organisations networks when connected.
EE-BTWIFI
Thanks @MickyBinks
Is it asking you to log in when you connect?
Lesley
When you connect to EE-Wifi you should then be presented with a web page which is the landing page for EE-Wifi and you will be required to enter your BTID and password in order to complete the connection and access the Internet.
Is this what happens when you connect?
No, we are logged on but nothing works, the internet pages open, for example, e-mail, Google, Facebook but we cant open.
Type this into the address bar on your browser when you have selected an EEWifi hotspot.
https://ee-wifi.ee.co.uk/public/ee
Click on User Account and use your BTID and Password to log on.
