Just got bt broadband and trying to get onto mybt app, but going round in circles because although have set up ID, email and password when I try to log in I keep getting email not verified message. Anyone know how to solve this issue..
Are you able to log onto your MyBT using the MyBT button in the menu bar at the top of this page?

Since July 2022 New BT Broadband customers no longer have the option to set up an BTMail email account
You stated that you have set up a BTID along with email and password. Was this a BTMail email account or an email address from another email service?
If you were previously a BT Broadband customer and it is a BTMail address from that account have you tried logging onto your MyBT from that time.
