Oh dear. Now I feel rather stupid for just doing this! This seems like a pretty major issue to exist. Any updates on this?
Countless hours on the phone to countless different agents over the course of 2 months did eventually result in me regaining control of my GPU billing but it took an agent, who happened to live so close to us he could almost described as a neighbour, to sort it.
He was able to get hold of this specialist back office team in Newcastle who were able to release my XBL/GPU billing from BT's iron grip.
My Bt Game Pass offer ended yesterday (20th), when I check my BT I don't have any subscription in my BT services.
When I log in to Xbox and check my services/subscriptions it still shows as being purchased by BT/EE.
Fortunately gamepass still works as I have a prepaid subscription until 09/24.
How do I get the account management back on the Xbox site?

Thank you for replying. If you send me your details, I can get this checked to make sure the control of your game pass reverts back to Microsoft.
