Game Pass not received

Hello,

I was supposed to get a 12 month of Xbox Game Pass once my package is activated which was said by the email. However I don't see it anywhere in My BT or  haven't received any email about it.

People who had similar questions find it on ''Your Products'' section but it doesn't seem to be on there either.

Do I need to contact BT or something about this?
