Game pass ultimate billing hasn't switched back

So I seem to have the age old problem of my 12 month free GPU period ending, but my Microsoft account still showing "Purchased from BT/EE" so I can't manage it. Auto renewal was definitely turned off and I only have the option to add game pass via the BT site.

Any ideas about next steps for sorting this?

Had a look through the contact options on the main site and I couldn't see anything relevant.

Seems to be all sorted now, thanks to everyone involved.

In case it helps anybody in the future, it was still stuck on the previous state even after my accounts being unlinked by the team at BT. Redeeming a 3 month code for game pass ultimate seemed to switch it back fully.
