I was asked to comment by BT on the BT community after leaving a review of the My BT app on Google. So here goes.
I've set up a PIN and fingerprint login, but the app insists on asking for my username and password every time I open it. I've cleared the app data and cache with no benefit.
In addition, autofill doesn't work properly - I get my username (email address) autofilled, but the password also gets the email address autofilled.
I have many other apps where fingerprint login and autofill work properly.

Please can I get help with this as well? I've been struggling with this problem for at least a year. Reinstalling doesn't help. I have to log in and create a pin about 80% of the time. I'm using Android.
