Can't log in to app. Keeps saying 'something went wrong'. Can log in to website ok. Have changed password, deleted and reinstalled app. Also spoke to customer service yesterday who said the error would be fixed within 24 hours but I still can't get in. Samsung S22+

If you have tried deleting and re-installing the app and it is still the same, I'd recommend getting in touch with our tech guides so they can bring up your account and look into this.
If they need to, they can raise a ticket to get it working for you.
