any advice my BT app keeps saying we are working on the system at present. This has been going on for several days, I have deleted the app and downloaded again also cleared cache I think.
any help appreciated
I had a similar issue a while ago which meant the BT App would not work properly but it turned out the issue was caused because i had multiple legacy accounts so the solution for me was to contact BT via webchat to get the accounts sorted and now everything works perfectly.
