Not sure this is the correct board to raise this problem, but here it is!
I have been trying to log on to My BT. I put in my email address and password and I am then sent a two-step authentication passcode to my phone. I enter the code in the space provided, the page buffers for a couple of seconds and I am provided with the login page again. I have a similar problem. I don't have the 2 step authentication - but when I log into MyBT, for a few seconds it flashes up "loading homepage" - then my email opens. This did happen before and was fixed, but seems to have gone again. Only found out when I tried to log in and see my bill a couple of days ago. Have tried from several different computers, using a variety of Win 7 and Win 10, with Edge and Firefox browsers.
Any suggestions?

Are you still experiencing this problem?
If yes, it sounds like you are using the website and not the app so please try clearing your cookies and cache. Then try to log in again and let me know how you get on.

Hi @JohnC2 thanks for the response.
I have tried the clearing cookies and cache and I am still having the same problem, although I am no longer getting the passcode notification, just keeps going back to the log in page.
When I try to log in using the My BT app, I go straight to the 'activate your BT ID' page. I press the log in button and enter my details and the app flashes the loading homepage for a second or two, then blanks out and opens the email.bt.com page.
I am not a new customer and have never had this problem before.

Everything seems to be working for me again!
I have managed to log in both online and using the My BT app. Maybe just a gremlin in the works!
