MyBT App "Sorry, something went wrong"

Hi, the MyBT app won't let me login. The login details work fine via the BT website, just not on the app.

I've deleted and reinstalled the app multiple times and my phone is a new version of Samsung & Android.

Please can you help me login as currently I can't access Parental Controls on my home hub.

Hi @TECCLES welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having trouble logging into the app. That error normally means there is an issue with the account information that's associated with your BT ID. Can you see your bills and manage your products if you login on the website?

Hi I'm having the same problem. I can get online ok but not on my phone app. Can you help?

Hi I'm having a problem getting on my phone app, I keep getting the message "Sorry Something Went Wrong" I can get online ok and can see my bill etc but not on my phone app. Can you help?
