Since the MyBT app updated I am unable to access the WIFI controls under parental controls anymore which is really frustrating for me as someone with 2 internet curious children.
I used to be able to utilise these controls on the old app, now however when I go to the parental controls section the WIFI controls button says 'please download the My BT app' even though I am on the app! What is even more confusing is that all the other options like 'virus protect' above wifi controls work fine and allow me access to those features.
I have tried re-downloading the app and uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem persists. Any advice appreciated.
