I really can't be bothered spending anytime on the phone to BT about this, because last time I reported it nothing changed.
Why is it so difficult to remember my login? Having to tab out to a browser to get my strong password then tab back, EVERY DAY I USE THIS APP is ridiculous.
I will give BT one more month to sort this mess out, then I'm leaving for a different provider.

Welcome to the community.
When you set up the app, it should ask you to set up bio-metric sign in, or a PIN.
Could you try deleting the app and re-downloading it please?
You can find the settings manually in the BT App then More > App settings > Fingerprint or Face login.

Why do you need to login to MyBT every day?
Did you try and set the face recognition or fingerprint up, @sdrew1?
